From the unforgettable satiric Card Motto series, "Gastronomic Homilies", designed for Josiah Wedgwood & Sons, Etruria, c. 1877, is a plate in a series of twelve. The plate is transfer printed with the colors still vivid and is in great original condition with minor crazing but no cracks or chips.
