A Victorian Miniature Finger Diary - Wright's Le Petit Diary, 1893

A rare and unusual miniature finger-sized diary and engagement book. These finger-sized books have been around since the 18th century. They are typically prayer books, but every now and then you will come across one that is used to hold notes and engagements. 

This diary is bound in leather with the corners cased in sterling silver embellishments. 

Condition: You will find wear to the binding on both the front and back ends of the book. Inside is writing on each page. No pages are missing. The leather has spots and there is some tarnishing to the sterling silver casings.
